3. Registration and Account

When you register for a program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Free Challenge

The 30-day free challenge is offered at no cost and includes live sessions, a completion certificate, and basic course materials. Novitech R&D Private Limited reserves the right to limit seats, change schedules, modify content, or cancel a batch with reasonable notice to registered participants.

5. VIP Access and Payments

VIP access is available for a one-time payment of Rs.1,499. Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to recorded sessions, source materials, and the private support group. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Novitech R&D Private Limited does not store your card or payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs, including videos, PDFs, graphics, curriculum materials, and code, is the intellectual property of NOVITECH R&D Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any course content without prior written permission. Personal use and learning are permitted.

7. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully in live sessions, WhatsApp groups, and all Novitech R&D Private Limited platforms. Any form of harassment, abuse, spamming, or sharing of pirated content will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

8. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued to students who attend the required number of sessions and complete assigned tasks. Novitech R&D Private Limited certificates are issued in our capacity as an educational provider and do not constitute a government-recognised qualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

Novitech R&D Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, income, or data. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the relevant program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
